Helen’s History
Initially trained as a journalist, Helen’s interest in aromatherapy and reflexology began more than 30 years ago whilst reading an article.
Helen had never considered this a career option, and it was only later when her father was diagnosed with cancer, that she began training in a range of complementary therapies she could “take to him“ to enable relaxation and bring a restful state to his body and mind.
Helen has continued studying and working with a range of modalities and is now one of the first qualified HeartHealing™️ therapists in the world.
Helen offers offers heart healing hypnotherapy, reflexology and aromatherapy here at the Histon Hub.
Training
She is also the first qualified practitioner in the whole of East Anglia and is one of only a handful of trained Heart Healers in the UK.
Helen originally underwent her own HeartHealing™️ experience to deal with grief and re-adjusting to massive life changes.
